He Traded a Paperclip for a House

Ruslan Chistyakov was a blogger from a small Siberian city who dreamt of owning a house of his own, and he decided to get it by any means. Or, rather, by using the power of exchange. He learnt about a Canadian who had traded a red paperclip for a house and decided to do the same. First, he exchanged his paperclip for a box of pencils, then a power bank, then a karaoke machine… His exchanges were easy and natural. But eventually, the cost of the things traded had to go up, making things a whole lot more complicated? So, what we all want to know is this: Did Ruslan get his dream house?
