Ukraine's Foreign Minister arrives in India, having previously lambasted the country for its ties with Russia. New Delhi though says it's time for Kiev to have peace talks with Moscow. An official for the Turkish ruling party confirms Russia's accusations, that the Moscow terror attack couldn't have happened without the involvement of foreign powers. That contradicts Washington's repeated claims to the contrary. Israel must be held accountable -that's is the reaction of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, to a video showing the killing of two unarmed Palestinians by IDF troops.
